TECHNICAL APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST
Location: San Juan

- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, deploy, and identify solutions to resolve I.T product issues particularly focus products assigned (Dell, Lenovo, Epson, Sangfor, Sundray etc.)
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers via phone, e-mail, and remote or in person.
- Explore related hardware, software and security solutions technology as deemed necessary.
- Conduct Pre and Post Product support for different software and hardware (Installation, Assembly, Troubleshooting etc.) on client’s office or via zoom or even out of Metro Manila locations
- Represent the company during events like seminars and trainings for different software and hardware partners.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of how the offer solution of software and hardware products is developed, deployed, and supported
Qualifications:

- Must be a Graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science or other related course
- At least with 2-3 years related working experience
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new Products and Technologies.
