TECHNICAL APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST

Location: San Juan

 

    1. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, deploy, and identify solutions to resolve I.T product issues particularly focus products assigned (Dell, Lenovo, Epson, Sangfor, Sundray etc.)
    2. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers via phone, e-mail, and remote or in person.
    3. Explore related hardware, software and security solutions technology as deemed necessary.
    4. Conduct Pre and Post Product support for different software and hardware (Installation, Assembly, Troubleshooting etc.) on client’s office or via zoom or even out of Metro Manila locations
    5. Represent the company during events like seminars and trainings for different software and hardware partners.
    6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of how the offer solution of software and hardware products is developed, deployed, and supported
