Marketing Specialist

Location: San Juan

1. 1. Designated Marketing personnel for the Team focusing on Software
   2. Assigned in coordinating with the Corporate Group in their quarterly campaigns
   3. Conceptualizing and executing online and physical events for the assigned products. Includes event hosting.
   4. Developing marketing strategies and plans to entice End-users/clients from different industries to participate in our events
   5. Compilation and preparation of Budget Request Forms and Liquidation.
   6. Managing and nurturing all the generated leads
   7. In charge of event invites and sales promotions
   8. Helps in creating post-event and marketing reports every quarter
   9. Handling company giveaways/supplies for Group (consolidation of requests, distribution, and inventory)
   10. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
   11. Creating and presenting reports.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
  • Excellent marketing and administrative software skills.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Create advertising material by collaborating with the Digital and Marketing Design and Content teams.
  • Social media advertising / e-commerce experience preferred
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and written
