Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

- Prepare/implement safety policy and plans for specific projects.
- Conducts seminar, orientation for newly hired employees, researches and studies for the improvement of safety in the project.
- Provide for continue education of employees by disseminating safety publications, instructions, rules, poster, etc.
- Recommend disciplinary action to safety violators who unnecessarily expose themselves or other personnel to potential/physical hazard.
- Initiate immediate stoppage of any operation that could cause death/injury or extensive damage to property and notifying all concerned involved.
- Prepare and submit inspection report, investigation and studies causes and recommend corrective measures to decrease their frequency and prevent recurrences.
- Meet with representative of clients and other contractor’s to discuss requirements regarding accident prevention on the job site.
- Attend job progress meeting to keep update on the current and future plans for the project and to advise the management on problems concerning accident preventions.
- Conduct regular safety meeting and safety consciousness campaign as per company policy.
- Conduct daily routine inspections to site employee, observed all safety rules and regulations and takes necessary action to obtain compliance with all safety policies.
- Design and install different kind of safety signs (i.e. informative, directional, precautionary, regulatory and others).
- Submit weekly/monthly accident statistics and comparative analysis accomplishments/activities reports and problems encountered for the period to the management.
- Maintains direct liaisons with respective city and government agencies to ensure compliance with safety and health codes, standards and regulations.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in any related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in safety functions. Familiar with legal requirements
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), Computer literate
